My Assignment for this week3

One of the story books I have read with the children in my class this term is " The Bad - Tempered Ladybird by Eric Carle. I love the humour in the story as well as  the moral and social lesson we learnt from reading the Story. I was able to link this to the personal, social and emotional  development of the children. We talked about ( I and the children ) safe ways of dealing with our emotions and how to respond to others who are unfriendly during circle time. I was amazed at their feedback and throughout the week we referred to the story. Here is a picture of the book:
